Posters must be prepared in A1 size in portrait orientation.
Participants are not required to upload their posters to the website.
Participants must bring their printed posters to the conference venue for display.
Hyperlinks are prohibited. QR codes may be included if necessary.
Formal poster presentations will not be conducted.
Posters will be assessed directly by the judges at the allocated poster panels.
Poster panel numbers and locations will be emailed to participants one week before the conference.
Any schedule changes will be communicated via email and the conference website.
